A type of technology that separates combined black and white and colour signals and recombines them, adjusting them to provide a sharp picture by preventing colour bleed and distortion.

There are three types of digital comb filter:

• 2-Line Digital Comb Filters
• 3-Line Digital Comb Filters
• 3D Digital Comb Filters (the most effective)
